As if the day wasn't gloomy enough

Last night during my relatively uneventful Reference Desk stint I was digging around for Wes stories and found theferretgirl's Young!Wes story Wesley's Little Defender, which was all kinds of sad and sweet and absolutely broke my heart and made me want even more Young!Wes stories, sad or bittersweet ones particularly. Actually I've been wanting to read more stuff about Young!Wes for awhile now. Not too long ago I read a fic about Wesley trying to revive the dead bird when he was a boy. Don't remember who wrote it, but I think it was one of you.

Anyway, does anyone know of any other good Young!Wes stories? I'd prefer sad, angsty, poor-little-woobie ones, but I'd give any others a look.

OMG this is a bad movie.

I'm finally watching the Noah's Ark DVD I've had from Netflix for like, forever. So far no Alexis yet. If he doesn't show up soon I'm tempted to fast forward. Yeesh! Bad movie.

I hope he's worth it.

Oh, thank God that hideous movie is over. At least Alexis got a year's rent out of it by living in Mary Steenbergen's guest house. I think I'll hang on to it and look at the pretty Alexis parts again tomorrow before sending it back. Good thing Netflix lets you keep them as long as you want! I've had the damn thing for over a month. Procrastinator, much?

Alexis very pretty, with the facial hair (OMG, wanna pet!), tanned skin and rough clothing and frisky ways. I just love the beard. Hee!

I'm feeling inspired, there may be Ham icons later on.

Luckily I don't have to get up quite as early tomorrow morning since I have a doctor's appointment at 9 tomorrow, followed by a dental appointment, so I've taken the morning off work. Need pretty Alexis goodness to make it all right! Psychiatrist and dentist all in one morning? It was unintended (I thought only one of them was tomorrow morning and one was the day after, but I suck at planning, apparently) so I need something.

I swear to God, I don't know how they film all this stuff without breaking out into giggles the whole time. Maybe that's why they get paid what they do.

The Pier One begonia shows up in Season Three too! I saw it on Wesley's desk when I watched one of the episodes the other day. I took the raffia off of mine, but I swear it's the same one I bought years ago.

I am now obsessed with buying a blue and white teapot like the one Wes keeps at the Hyperion. Fred brings it to him in a box after the Connor abduction fiasco. Need Wes teapot to brew Wes!tea in!
