There was a feature on local radio this morning about the new school year on the Gulf Coast, and how students are still in "temporary" classroom trailers, and how they have to use porta-potties because FEMA still hasn't come up with money to fix the plumbing, etc. Shameful, is what it is.

So, how easy is it for an American to emigrate to the U.K., I wonder...
