Yeah, the federal workers are still allowed and encouraged to vote!

I'm sure he is going to get mail from disappointed fans. Really. Think about it, Keith. How many people in California didn't get out to vote against Prop 8 because they figured, "Oh well, it's probably going to pass anyway."
