Taking Over The Asylum, which dates from 1994,
I :::loved::: that series. I was utterly besotted by Angus McFadyen at the time, but I do remember DT as Campbell.

I wonder if that's knocking around on DVD anywhere...

It looks like an interesting show. There might be a DVD somewhere out there. With DT's growing fame from Doctor Who they might put one out because of him if it isn't out already.
