Oh man, I am so with you on the curled behind the teeth tongue. When he did that in the last episode I thought I might just die. It's a bit distracting when you're suppose to be focusing on the drama, but I'll take the distraction of David's tongue over drama any day.

I think I have never been so aware of / interested in a favourie actor's tongue before.
