Many of y'all have probably already seen this, but I'm all full of the Jamie McCrimmon love these days:

If anything it's fun to see Frazer Hines running around in a kilt to disco music. I'm thinking he was just a touchy-feely guy, as he seems to manhandle other characters too. Whatever. Doctor/Jamie is fun. :D

Acoording to Peter Davison, all the doctors before McGann had the same rules - they could manhandle and hug the male companions but never the females. That's political correctness for you eh? :P

I used to babysit for these kids up the street when I was in high school and every freaking night I was forced to listen to them watch Old Dr. Who.

LOL. That's hilarious.

Frazer did seem rather touchy-feely. From the interviews I saw he really seems to be a genuinely personable and friendly guy. It probably translated over into the character.

If you can catch "Tomb of the Cybermen," watch the interview extra. It's not only got some interesting reminicences of Patrick Troughton, but Frazer's youth as well.
